Aspiring Leaders Rōpū 2024
Ignite Your Leadership Journey in Education!
Embark on a transforming experience with our Leadership Programme, facilitated by Brad Gay (Educational Consultant Ltd), these sessions are tailored for teachers aspiring to step into leadership roles. Over four sessions throughout the year, we will explore skills and insights needed to become a more effective leader.
What to Expect:
1️⃣ Session 1: Cultivating Leadership Mindset
Explore the foundations of leadership within the educational context. Identify your leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth as we kickstart this empowering journey.
2️⃣ Session 2: Effective Communication and Collaboration
Hone your communication skills and learn collaborative strategies essential for leading teams. Gain practical insights into fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
3️⃣ Session 3: Strategic Decision-Making
Navigate the complexities of educational leadership through strategic decision-making. Develop the ability to make informed choices and lead your school/team towards success.
4️⃣ Session 4: Inspirational Leadership and Mentorship
Embrace the art of inspirational leadership and mentorship. Discover how to motivate and guide your colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within your educational community.

Maths Workshops with Sam
Sam Kordan is offering maths workshops to schools by request. This includes, supporting struggling learners, extending students, teaching mathematical vocabulary, using the 'I do, we do, you do' approach, developing reasoning questions/activities, embedding number facts etc.
